A few weeks ago Jeremy took Granny and some of the scouts on a 40 mile round trip canoe trip. They went to Lila Lake in the Adirondacks. They had a wonderful time. I'm just happy that they all returned home in one piece.

Dressup
The other day we were playing and it turned into bring clothes outside and play dress-up. The funniest thing was watching Lady with Toad. She was insisting on Toad wearing the blue nightgown. She was even trying to get him dressed. She is already such a little mother.
Kids Win
Feed the plants or the kids. Realize I can't do both. I'll choose the kids.
Seriously, why do I even buy hanging pots? :)
Goose has skills
The other day I got a phone call while I was at swimming lessons from Goose. "Hey mom, where is the yeast?" I said, "you're looking for the yeast?" He hung up on me and I
came home to his 1st attempt at scones from our Springville Ward
cookbook. He even rolled the dough out on wax paper to avoid sticking. Love him. Looks like someone's getting a fry daddy for Christmas. In all seriousness this boy has sweet cooking skills! They were delicious!
Chief Swims
Chief took swimming lessons for 3 straight weeks. 1 week was spent at a local middle school and the other two were at the local community center. The pool wasn't heated and was a bit chilly on some of the other days, but for the most part Chief had a good time.
Saying Goodbye
Once again we had to say goodbye to some friends. So hard. We are glad we got to spend some time with the Ashley's before they took off to Georgia. The kids all had such a great time together!
Little Lady goes to Nursery
This little lady is a pretty big deal. We are all in love with her. A couple weeks ago she turned 18 months and gets to go to nursery. She LOVED it! I am sad that she is growing up too fast!
The Hill Cumorah Visitor's Center
We spent some time at the visitor's center. Granny, Goose and Bean spent quite a while looking at all the Book of Mormon's in all the different languages. So fascinating! Chief loved watching the interactive touch screen movies. A beautiful day at the sites. So fortunate to live only 90 minutes away.
