American Fork Canyon in Utah is stunning. One day we braved the wilderness with what seemed 80 of my nieces and nephews and hiked to Silver Lake. My brother in Law Jared and Jeremy along with two of my sister in laws Jenny and Sharon were there. The hike was absolutely stunning! I miss Utah's mountains so much! When we reached Silver Lake Jeremy went off on his own and jumped off some rocks and swam around a bit in the freezing cold water. Some of the cousins fished while others snacked. We had some awesome PB and Jelly sandwiches that tasted so good. On our way back we saw a moose grazing in a meadow. I like wildlife in a distance and so thankful it wasn't on the trail.
