No Place Like Home

They let me out of the hospital today. It feels so much better to be home. However, I still have to be on bed rest. :( I have loved the noise and have loved loved loved having sweet baby Adelaide sit on the couch with me all day. I hope she forgives me for leaving her for nearly a week. :(

So originally my c-section was scheduled for this upcoming Saturday the 29th. After my doctor met with some other docs they decided to change that plan. I will only be 34 weeks on Saturday, so they want the baby to have some more time in the womb to grow and get stronger lungs. My contractions have completely stopped and the baby has been on the monitor for nearly a week and looks great! Of course if anything changes I will have a C-section ASAP. This whole pregnancy I thought the 29th was the date so I have been counting down for quite some time. So right now I am feeling like I am overdue! :) I have to switch my mind set and am telling myself I still could have several more weeks. Every week I still need to go into my doc and see her. I also have to visit the hospital weekly for a ultrasound, shot,amniotic fluid test and non-stress test. Ugg. A day at a time is all we can do.....
