After church and visiting the temple we headed to the National Mall to see the memorials. It was chilly, but still so wonderful to see again. So humbling to see all the names on the wall of men and women who gave their lives so that we can enjoy the freedoms that we have. My heart swelled inside and I was full of emotion as I marveled at all the names written on the wall. After walking around we headed over to Alexandria to visit Jer's cousin Jessica and her sweet family. I love Jessica! She is so kind and made us the best hot cocoa that I have ever drank. We are so excited to see her and her family this summer!
After walking around forever and visiting family we came back to the hotel and Jer made us a great Sunday meal. It consisted of Spaghetti, cauliflower, broccoli and green beans.
